I had a former employee of Bandsmen who was trying to slander their business give me a 1-star review because I didn't want to take his phone call. In response, I gave Brandsmen a 1-star review for their vindictive behavior. Fortunately, the actual company contacted me to clarify what had happened and clear up the situation. They were very professional and understanding and we both realized we were the victims of internet fraud.
