Adam Scheid
Chief Operating Officer
Adam Scheid’s marketing career took off in college, where he served as VP of Marketing for ASU’s community service fraternity and held key roles in the American Marketing Association. Graduating magna cum laude from WP Carey School of Business, he launched two businesses and completed internships with New Global Citizens and Cramer-Krasselt. Post-graduation, Adam became a senior partner at Jabbrag and Digital Marketing Director at 51 Blocks. Leveraging this experience, he co-founded The Brandsmen and Firewater Firm, establishing himself as a leader in alcohol marketing and branding.
Benjamin Tarver
Head of Marketing Operations
Benjamin Tarver boasts over 15 years of marketing experience, beginning with mastering the fundamentals at both COMPUtek Dental Systems and Patterson Dental, where he built internal marketing teams from the ground up. His career progressed with event planning and marketing for Marriott hotels, followed by establishing and leading a marketing and sales team for the student-run media company Met Media while completing his studies at MSU Denver. Even before graduating, Benjamin Tarver’s expertise saw him rapidly advance through roles at various digital marketing agencies, from Senior Marketing Manager at TwelveThree Media to Director of Marketing Operations at Get Found Fast, and then to Senior Director of Marketing at NEWMEDIA.

Ignacio Lupsor’s journey in marketing began with an academic foundation in Logistics Sciences. With over five years of experience as a freelancer, Ignacio honed his skills in SEO, focusing on the fintech and e-commerce sectors. His specialization in optimizing multilingual websites set him apart in the industry. Bringing this wealth of knowledge and expertise, Ignacio joined The Brandsmen as the SEO Marketing Manager, where he continues to drive success through innovative SEO strategies and a keen understanding of diverse markets.
Ricardo Leon
Creative Manager
Ricardo León launched his graphic design career upon graduating from URBE University in Maracaibo, Venezuela, in 2010. From 2010 to 2018, Ricardo founded and ran Blur Studio Gráfico in Venezuela, specializing in large-format printing, billboards, and banners. His entrepreneurial spirit and over a decade of experience continue to drive his innovative approach to design. He gained extensive experience working with various advertising and marketing agencies and freelancing. In 2019, Ricardo joined The Brandsmen marketing agency, formally becoming part of the team in 2023 as their lead graphic designer. Known for his creativity, quick turnaround, and attention to detail, he is a vital asset to the company.
Carter Bush

Carter Bush’s journey in digital marketing began at Metro State University in Denver, where he graduated with a degree in Marketing and a Digital Marketing Certification in May 2021. He gained practical experience in internships with IPMD Inc. and The American Transplant Foundation, where he developed a foundation in digital marketing. Starting his career as a Digital Marketing Assistant at Fixed Ops Digital, Carter quickly demonstrated his expertise and dedication. In February 2023, he joined The Brandsmen as an Account Manager & Social Media Manager. A native of Colorado, Carter brings a deep understanding of local and digital landscapes to his role, significantly impacting digital marketing strategies and client relationships.

I joined The Brandsmen in 2024 and have been involved in maintaining and developing websites for clients, steadily working to improve user experiences to achieve better marketing campaigns. I have always been passionate about applications and code and I have acquired knowledge in different fields. As a back-end programmer (10 years), front-end developer (8 years) and a graphic designer (5 years). I help brands transform theories, techniques and strategies into visual solutions.
